This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Assist veterinary practices and support teams in effectively, confidently, and consistently utilizing key systems.
β’ Conduct virtual training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, for practice and support office colleagues.
β’ Lead live webinars focusing on Merlin, Dayforce, Online Office, and Concur.
β’ Customize training programs for Client Care Teams, Clinical Teams, and Practice Managers.
β’ Offer second-line support for queries related to Merlin processes and usage.
β’ Mentor colleagues on optimal system usage and the adoption of standardized processes.
β’ Develop and update Quick Reference Guides, webinar outlines, and training videos.
β’ Ensure that training materials align with actual practice workflows and operational best practices.
β’ Aid in Merlin migrations and site consolidations before, during, and after implementation.
β’ Support the rollout of new system functionalities and process enhancements.
β’ Provide Go-Live, Post Go-Live, and Hypercare assistance.
β’ Assist practices in adapting to changes and addressing instances of non-standard system usage as needed.
β’ Collaborate with Client Care teams, Clinical teams, and Practice Managers to improve patient care, client experiences, and operational efficiency.
β’ Practical experience in a veterinary practice environment.
β’ Strong operational background within veterinary practice settings.
β’ Familiarity with Merlin, Dayforce, Online Office, and Concur.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of veterinary practice procedures and workflows.
β’ Exceptional communication and coaching abilities.
β’ Experience in delivering virtual training, whether one-on-one, in groups, or via webinars.
β’ Capability to clearly explain systems to colleagues with varying levels of confidence and expertise.
β’ A pragmatic, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
β’ Experience in supporting changes and positively managing resistance.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines.
β’ Confidence in working independently and managing one's own workload.

β’ Previous formal IT or training experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
