This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, monitor, and resolve issues related to IT systems, including endpoints, identity platforms, and SaaS applications.
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access.
• Administer and tailor Jira workflows, automations, permissions, SSO, MFA, access controls, provisioning/deprovisioning, and integrations.
• Handle daily administration of Google Workspace, encompassing user lifecycle management, security configurations, and collaboration tools.
• Facilitate identity and access management via Okta, including provisioning/deprovisioning and Okta Flow.
• Assist in the implementation and supervision of security controls, compliance initiatives, and internal IT policies.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and access-related challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with Security, People Ops, Engineering, and other teams on IT projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Practical experience with Jira administration and customization, including workflows, automations, and dashboards.
• Proven track record in managing Google Workspace environments, including Admin Console, security settings, and user lifecycle management.
• Experience with Okta for identity and access management, covering SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro for managing macOS devices, including enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, and patch management.
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with Okta Flow for automating SaaS lifecycles, access governance, and security workflows.
• Basic scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, or JSON is advantageous.
• Familiarity with VDI solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, Citrix, or similar is not mandatory.
• Experience with Aquera or similar HRIS-to-IT automation platforms is not a requirement.
• Exposure to IT automation, zero-touch provisioning, or workflow-driven IT operations is not essential.
• A thorough understanding of VPN technologies is not a prerequisite.
• Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Okta Certified Professional certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• CompTIA Network+ or an equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Jamf Certified Associate or a higher certification is preferred but not mandatory.
