📋 Description

• Answer incoming technical support calls or address requests to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to telecommunications, networking, hardware, and software.

• Assist restaurant managers and franchise IT personnel to ensure restaurants operate efficiently.

• Manage software, hardware, and network-related issues via the helpdesk.

• Utilize a ticketing system to document and track support tickets.

• Oversee problem management software and support systems for active outages and pending resolutions.

• Collaborate with end-users and solution partners to address and resolve issues.

• Monitor and finalize project tickets for restaurants in accordance with project team deadlines.

• Adhere to company policies and maintain professional standards.

• Capacity to quickly learn new technologies.

• Prior help desk experience with common PC and peripheral configuration, maintenance, and repair issues.

• Ability to independently research and resolve technical challenges.

• Comprehensive understanding of Android, Windows 11, Server 2019/2022, and desktop applications like Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, WINS, and TCP/IP protocols.

• An associate degree or higher in computer-related fields relevant to end-user support, desktop systems, operating systems, and/or network management.
