This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver timely and effective technical assistance to end-users throughout the organization.
• Address and resolve IT support inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
• Install, set up, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with user account management, which includes managing access permissions and resetting passwords.
• Document technical processes and keep accurate records of support activities.
• Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, rollouts, and software installations.
• Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with IT and cross-departmental teams to implement technology solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices in all IT operations.
• Provide training and support to staff regarding technology usage and best practices.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in an IT support or help desk position.
• Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with common software applications, networking basics, and troubleshooting methods.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities, with the capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
