This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee the regional end-to-end device inventory throughout EMEA, which includes managing the laptop fleet, provisioning new inventory, packaging, shipping, receiving, recovery, and hardware decommissioning/recycling.
• Take ownership of helpdesk tickets through Atera for employees and contractors across EMEA and other regions, escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Administer user identity and access lifecycle management in Okta, covering provisioning, deprovisioning, group memberships, and access request workflows.
• Manage and troubleshoot endpoint management using Iru/Intune, including deployment scripts, compliance monitoring, and application allow/block-listing.
• Support secure remote network access utilizing Zscaler ZIA/ZPA and resolve connectivity and access issues.
• Provide daily support for Google Workspace.
• Coordinate logistics for onboarding and offboarding of EMEA-based employees and contractors, which includes equipment shipping and account provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Maintain and enhance internal knowledge base articles to facilitate ticket deflection and promote self-service.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team on cross-regional projects and process improvements, ensuring coverage during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support/helpdesk roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
• Practical experience with an identity provider such as Okta.
• Familiarity with an MDM/endpoint management tool like Kandji or Jamf.
• Experience with a ticketing/PSA platform such as Atera.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust network access tools like Zscaler is advantageous.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Czech language fluency is preferred for local coordination.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities are essential.
• Capability to work independently in a remote-first setting.
• Willingness to maintain overlapping availability with U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance workflows, improve decision-making, or foster innovation.
• Ideally located in Brno, Czech Republic.
• Experience with HRIS-to-IdP integrations, such as Workday to Okta, is a plus.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, zsh, or PowerShell are a plus.
• Experience in a compliance-driven environment, such as SOC 2 or PCI, is desirable.
