📋 Description

• Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to create business cases and requirements addressing technology-related challenges.

• Support business relationship management, strategic planning, and portfolio/demand management initiatives.

• Foster productive relationships with IT colleagues, management, and business departments.

• Clearly communicate business value and strategy while coordinating across IT to utilize technology for operational excellence.

• Conduct research on industry practices and performance metrics.

• Oversee coordination and monitoring of project activities.

• Offer technical guidance to project teams to ensure successful project completion and adherence to design and quality standards.

• Evaluate project portfolio initiatives and identify measurable outcomes.

• Establish processes and tools to assess project benefits.

• Mentor and coach IT teams on workflows and functionalities for both new and existing systems.

• Engage in the technical skill development of analysts, providing input for performance reviews and development objectives.

• Develop business process mappings for intricate systems and workflows.

• Assist in project management efforts, focusing on risk mitigation, communication strategies, implementation plans, work schedules, and scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.

• Typically requires 7 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems with exposure to technical or project management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to collaborate across the organization.

• Understanding of business direction and goals and their implications for required systems.

• Strong attention to detail in functional requirements, risk assessments, cost estimates, plans, and project delivery tracking.

• Proficient in creating impactful presentations and documentation.

• Competence in analyzing and resolving complex, unusual, and ambiguous problems.

• Familiarity with integration across functional and business areas.

• Ability to analyze the long-term effects of decisions and propose best practices.

• Capability to work with minimal supervision.

• Skills to instruct, guide, assign, advise, and mentor team members.

• Proficiency in influencing and directing work teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and complete assignments on time.
