IT Solution Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in cross-functional teams and drive projects focused on system modifications.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and upload project-related documents to SharePoint or Teams.

• Detect, investigate, monitor, and resolve errors related to projects, systems, or applications.

• Act as a representative for designated areas in system implementation, policy alterations, and process redesign initiatives.

• Lead or assist in system implementation, maintenance, testing, and functional design activities.

• Develop elaborate reports, data repositories, and presentation materials.

• Formulate data definitions, validate and extract data, merge data from various sources, and set up reports.

• Evaluate technical documentation and produce training materials.

• Examine and report on customer requirements while exploring new system advancements.

• Offer guidance on industry standards and regulatory/compliance matters.

• Design end-user training programs and curriculum, overseeing the rollout and ongoing training.

• Set up and enforce standards and policies for application and end-user documentation.

• Resolve moderately complex issues and escalate when necessary.

• Take part in meetings, presentations, visioning sessions, planning activities, and implementation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• A minimum of two to four years of experience or equivalent in reporting and/or analytics, clinical application configuration, or similar fields.

• Strong technical and business acumen.

• Extensive knowledge of cross-functional departments.

• Excellent project management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage large, multiple projects along with complex reports.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficient technical skills, including SQL/ANSI SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and clinical software applications.

• Experience in Cerner build and configuration, particularly with Orders, PowerPlans, Provider Documentation (Dyn Doc), and Health Maintenance.

• Familiarity with acute and ambulatory clinical settings.
