IT Service Design Lead, 12 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design the service strategy and change approach for key IT projects.

• Collaborate with Service Operations to outline support readiness and enhance IT request pathways and the service catalogue.

• Assist in the implementation of Security roadmap initiatives by converting technical requirements into actionable guidance.

• Create a supportive operating model for security awareness and training, incorporating phishing simulations and subsequent support.

• Optimize employee lifecycle processes for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes alongside the People Team (P&C).

• Offer guidance and coaching to the Change & Communications Coordinator through regular one-on-one meetings.

• Support the coordinator in managing workstreams and fostering relationships with peer-level stakeholders.

• Link technical IT and Security modifications to the employees who utilize them.

• Introduce structure, coordination, and drive to IT service design, implementation, and adoption.

• Highly organized.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapidly acclimating, and establishing order in complex rollouts.

• Practical change leadership: capable of organizing priority initiatives so that plans, stakeholders, audiences, and support needs are clearly defined.

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to foresee operational friction points.

• Proficient in building trusted working relationships across Security, People Team (P&C), and Operations.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring.

• Skillful in identifying service gaps and providing initial recommendations.

• Capable of prioritizing high-value workstreams.

• Deep technical or security expertise is not mandatory.
