This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead strategic security initiatives, establishing architectures and corporate cybersecurity protection standards.
• Evaluate technology risks linked to new projects and act as an internal consultant on intricate issues.
• Foster innovation and the integration of new protective technologies by crafting strategies for technological and maturity enhancement.
• Shape corporate security decisions by upholding baselines, hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks), and facilitating the structural remediation of vulnerabilities identified through Red Team/White Team assessments.
• Offer technical support to analysts and coordinators in IAM/PAM, cloud security, data protection, detection and response, and AI Security.
• Represent the organization in interactions with vendors, auditors, and specialized technical forums.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulatory obligations.
• Assist in root cause analyses of major incidents and the formulation of solutions for highly complex issues.
• Contribute to the generation of technical evidence and address findings from internal and external audits and regulatory evaluations.
• Methodically manage project transitions and support the technological advancement of security engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive technical experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity, serving as a subject-matter expert in one or more SecOps domains.
• Experience in large-scale corporate settings.
• Advanced technical proficiency in IAM/PAM/MFA, EDR/XDR, SSE, Cloud Security, ITDR, data protection, and SIEM/SOAR integrations.
• Background in vulnerability management, hardening (CIS Benchmarks), incident response, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Benchmarks, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Understanding of BACEN regulations, CMN Resolution No. 5,274, and Brazil’s LGPD.
• Strong technical communication and influencing abilities, with a successful record of leading projects and setting standards.
• Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GIAC (GCIH/GCIA/GPEN), CCSP, and platform certifications are preferred.
• Experience in the financial services sector is a notable advantage.
• 14th and 15th fixed annual salary payments.
