IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and follow up on technological initiatives within the Architecture Governance unit.

• Manage projects, processes, risks, metrics, and reporting.

• Collaborate with various areas and stakeholders to ensure visibility and development of initiatives.

• Oversee initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders and generating reports and updates.

• Create presentations and communication for different forums.

• Prepare documentation related to the initiatives.

• Propose improvements within the Governance unit.

• Identify, communicate, and escalate obstacles that impact initiatives.

• Consolidate metrics, reports, and tracking graphs to enhance visibility in the area.

• Manage project risks concerning other processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical background in software development or related education (Software Engineering, Systems, etc.).

• Experience in managing, coordinating, or monitoring technological projects.

• Proficiency in using Jira and other tracking and reporting tools.

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and perform cross-functional follow-ups.

• Experience in preparing documentation, reports, and executive presentations.
