IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and control IT projects that deliver technological solutions to the Ergomed organization.

• Successfully implement and transition systems and capabilities into operational environments and business settings within established timelines and budgets.

• Define project scope, objectives, and criteria for success.

• Develop and finalize Project Initiation documentation.

• Create and oversee project plans, governance structures, management processes, and reporting artifacts.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams, Business QA teams, and external vendors.

• Formulate and manage project budgets and work packages efficiently.

• Track milestones, critical paths, risks, issues, changes, and overall progress of the project.

• Authorize and manage milestone payments to third-party vendors.

• Establish frameworks for project management, governance, and reporting.

• Provide updates on project progress, issues, and necessary escalations.

• Secure business sign-off upon project completion.

• Facilitate the transition of projects into production through IT processes alongside Service Operations and Technical Support.

• Ensure all project details are documented within business and IT systems for ongoing support and lifecycle management.

• Define ownership and timelines for resolving post-transition deliverables.

• Conclude projects and create project closure documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects through the entire project lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and changes effectively.

• Excellent stakeholder management, supplier relations, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and juggle competing priorities.

• Experience in transitioning systems or services to production environments.

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks enthusiastically while prioritizing workload with meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum Master is preferred.

• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management processes is advantageous.

• Experience in a regulated industry, particularly pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical research, or healthcare, is desirable.

• Knowledge of system validation, data integrity, information security, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
