IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and control IT projects that deliver technology solutions for the Ergomed business.

• Successfully deliver and transition systems and capabilities into production environments within established timelines and budget constraints.

• Define the project scope, objectives, and criteria for success.

• Create and manage essential project initiation documentation, project plans, governance, and reporting artifacts.

• Engage with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT and Business QA teams, as well as third-party suppliers.

• Develop and oversee project budgets and work packages.

• Monitor milestones, critical paths, risks, issues, changes, and overall project progress.

• Manage and authorize milestone payments to external vendors.

• Establish frameworks for project management, governance, and reporting.

• Report on project progress, issues, and escalations effectively.

• Obtain business sign-off upon project completion.

• Transition projects into production in collaboration with IT Service Operations and Technical Support.

• Ensure project details are documented in business and IT systems for ongoing support and lifecycle management.

• Agree on ownership and resolution timelines for deliverables post-transition.

• Close projects and generate the necessary documentation for project closure.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven track record of managing IT projects through the entire project lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and changes.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, supplier engagement, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams while managing competing priorities.

• Experience in transitioning systems or services into production environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Desirable: project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum Master.

• Desirable: knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes.

• Desirable: experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical research, or healthcare sectors.

• Desirable: understanding of system validation, data integrity, information security, and regulatory compliance.
