This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Engage in the planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, support, and evaluation of functionalities related to designated applications.

• Act as a mentor for IT personnel.

• Provide assistance and review the work of IT staff as necessary.

• Offer support for both existing and new functionalities of assigned applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree or a bachelor's degree in pharmacy.

• Extensive knowledge of designated clinical software applications and healthcare operations.

• Experience in healthcare information technology.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in pharmacy practice, informatics, or healthcare IT.

• More than 3 years of experience as an Epic analyst.

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist.

• For Outpatient Analysts: must have or obtain Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification in the primary application within three months of completing the initial Epic class.

• For Inpatient Analysts: must have or obtain Epic Willow Inpatient Certification in the primary application within three months of completing the initial Epic class.

• It is essential to obtain and maintain Epic Certification in the primary application.

• Background in IT is required.

• Experience in project management and leadership is necessary.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale implementations or system optimization projects.

• Possession of multiple Epic Certifications such as Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Willow Inpatient, Epic Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy, and Epic Willow Inventory is preferred.
