This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Engage in the planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, support, and evaluation of both existing and new functionalities related to assigned applications.

• Act as a mentor for IT personnel.

• Assist and review the work of IT staff as necessary.

• Provide support for Epic pharmacy applications and healthcare operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Pharm D degree or a bachelor's degree in pharmacy.

• Extensive knowledge of clinical software applications and healthcare operations relevant to the role.

• Experience in healthcare information technology.

• 5-7 years of experience in pharmacy practice, informatics, or healthcare IT.

• More than 3 years of experience as an Epic analyst.

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist.

• Outpatient Analyst: required to have or obtain Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification in the primary application within three months of finishing the first Epic class.

• Inpatient Analyst: required to have or obtain Epic Willow Inpatient Certification in the primary application within three months of finishing the first Epic class.

• It is mandatory to obtain and maintain Epic Certification in the primary application.

• A background in IT is preferred.

• Preferred qualifications include project management and leadership experience.

• Preferred: 7+ years of experience in pharmacy practice, informatics, or healthcare IT.

• Preferred: over 5 years of experience as an Epic analyst.

• Preferred experience in leading large implementations or system optimization initiatives.

• Multiple Epic Certifications are preferred.
