IT Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage JumpCloud as the primary Identity Provider, encompassing SSO and access governance.

• Facilitate automated onboarding and offboarding processes for employees through JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii.

• Administer tools including the Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.

• Implement and enhance Jira Service Management, focusing on projects, workflows, request types, and automation.

• Set up and manage Windows and macOS endpoint policies via JumpCloud.

• Execute remote software deployment and updates through automation and scripting.

• Assist in security initiatives, enforce least-privilege access, and support audit readiness and compliance efforts.

• Monitor SaaS usage and assess access risks utilizing Torii.

• Act as an escalation point to troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and application issues.

• Oversee IT equipment procurement, inventory management, and logistics for hardware.

• Analyze ticket trends and root causes to develop solutions and automation aimed at reducing recurring incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT Support or Systems Administration position.

• Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.

• Practical knowledge of managing IAM using JumpCloud or a comparable Identity Provider for SSO, SCIM, and policy enforcement.

• Hands-on experience in configuring and managing endpoints through MDM solutions, including JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf.

• Experience with administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

• Familiarity with ITSM platforms, with a preference for Jira Service Management.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience with scripting to automate IT administration tasks.

• Understanding of ISO 27001, DORA, and SOC2 security and compliance frameworks.

• Familiarity with SaaS governance tools like Torii.

• Previous experience in a high-growth, modern infrastructure setting.
