This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure the maintenance of WiFi support, management, and connectivity standards across all parks.
• Supervise the VoIP phone infrastructure, including upgrades, standards, and continuous management.
• Set and enforce hardware standards for both park and corporate environments.
• Define and oversee IT support and escalation procedures for technology issues at the park level.
• Assist with technology setup for employees following HR Compliance's initiation of onboarding.
• Manage relationships and hold technology vendors accountable for performance.
• Guarantee data integrity and consistency across essential platforms.
• Oversee vendor renewals, service-level agreements, technology stack decisions, and contract negotiations with the COO.
• Coordinate technology support for newly acquired parks and their team members.
• Administer and enhance Slack workflows along with email platform standards.
• Lead initiatives for call centers and AI chatbot/voice assistants.
• Take charge of mobile app rollout, coordinating with vendors and marketing, as well as managing park onboarding and ongoing operations.
• Identify and assess technology opportunities that enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain two-way SMS/texting capabilities across park locations.
• Collaborate with HR Compliance on access protocols and resolve any post-onboarding access issues for employees.
• Implement role-based access policies, MFA/SSO, and password management standards.
• Monitor access to third-party systems and uphold cybersecurity awareness practices.
• Manage incident response and staff notification processes.
• Support the implementation of AI tools, researching use cases, piloting platforms, and promoting adoption.
• Maintain the technology roadmap in collaboration with the COO.
• Identify opportunities for automation and integration.
• Work alongside the COO on emerging technology initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT management, technology operations, or technology enablement roles.
• Experience in supporting operations across multiple locations; experience in hospitality, outdoor/lodging, or retail environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated vendor management skills and experience in technology rollouts.
• Knowledge of property management systems, communication platforms (such as Slack), and guest-facing technologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a proven history of promoting the adoption of new technology.
• Excellent communication skills — capable of presenting to leadership and collaborating directly with park staff.
• Practical experience with network infrastructure, VoIP, and hardware management.
