This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the IT Business Solutions teams, offering direction and support to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.

• Supervise and implement tactical strategies that align with the overall departmental IT objectives.

• Ensure the performance and outcomes of the associated IT groups and teams.

• Evaluate departmental priorities to tackle resource and operational challenges effectively.

• Assess the team's capability to meet service, quality, and timeliness goals.

• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues while considering the broader impact on the department.

• Oversee one or more related teams, adjusting departmental plans and priorities to fulfill short-term service and operational goals.

• Provide network and database management, device oversight, and technical support for hardware and software.

• Execute any additional responsibilities as directed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires over 8 years of relevant work experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field is preferred.

• Proficient in network and database administration.

• Experience in managing devices effectively.

• Familiarity with technical support for hardware and software.

• Capability to implement departmental IT strategies.

• Proficient in managing managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.

• Ability to identify and address technical and operational challenges.
