IT Intern – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network problems.

• Install and configure computers, mobile devices, and various IT equipment.

• Manage and update IT documentation, asset inventories, and user manuals.

• Assist with system upgrades, software installations, and regular maintenance tasks.

• Track system performance and monitor security alerts.

• Engage in IT projects such as system migrations, cloud integrations, and process automation.

• Work alongside team members to enhance IT workflows and improve user experience.

• Ensure adherence to IT policies and data security standards.

• Acquire practical experience in IT support, systems maintenance, cybersecurity, software troubleshooting, AI, and machine learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program that pertains to a business-related field.

• Must be classified as a sophomore or higher.

• Possess a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

• Have at least one year of work experience or equivalent military service.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking principles.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, and common enterprise applications.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience with help desk systems or ticketing platforms is advantageous.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

• Available to work 20–30 hours each week.
