IT Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to employees within the organization

• Offer first-level support through Help Desk/Service Desk

• Aid in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of computers, software, and peripherals

• Assist with user access and permission management

• Support the monitoring and structuring of the IT infrastructure

• Log and manage technical support tickets

• Help maintain networks, VPNs, and associated equipment

• Collaborate with the IT team on internal enhancements and automation projects

• Provide remote assistance to employees

• Help with the inventory and tracking of IT assets

• Work with technology, data, and strategic solutions aimed at managing and recovering judicial assets

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program focused on Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a similar field

• Familiarity with or practical experience in AWS — viewed as a significant advantage

• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems

• Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset when interacting with internal users

• Organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning
