IT Intern – 6 months FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for internal IT helpdesk inquiries.

• Resolve hardware, software, and access problems for remote team members.

• Assist in the provisioning and de-provisioning of SaaS accounts for incoming and outgoing employees.

• Monitor and manage the global inventory of hardware and software licenses.

• Maintain up-to-date device management systems (MDM).

• Support the IT & Security team in upholding cybersecurity standards.

• Help to ensure that employee devices are secure, compliant, and properly configured in alignment with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks.

• Create and revise internal IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and instructional guides.

• Identify repetitive IT tasks and assist in automating workflows to enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recently obtained a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.

• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

• Basic familiarity with common SaaS tools.

• Knowledge of device/endpoint management concepts (MDM) is advantageous.

• Interest in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Inquisitive, self-motivated approach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable collaborating with a fully remote, international team.

• Proficient in English.
