IT HR Engineer – SAP Cloud Integration, Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Manage regional HR IT platforms and foundations, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, and SAP CI.

• Assist with global HR IT integration initiatives.

• Implement HR IT Master Data Management solutions utilizing both cloud and on-premise technologies.

• Leverage SAP HCM application expertise to address business requirements.

• Serve as the primary source of knowledge regarding HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow.

• Function as a Technology Expert in comprehensive HR business processes and configurations.

• Establish global guidelines for HCM development and operations.

• Act as the technical authority within your area of responsibility.

• Foster innovation and enhance existing technologies.

• Develop innovative business solutions utilizing ABAP, object-oriented programming, reports, and FI interfaces.

• Design and create dependable, sustainable, best-practice HCM solutions that meet customer needs.

• Offer expert end-to-end business process consulting to internal clients and HR departments.

• Collaborate with HR Operations and the IT community to understand requirements, develop IT concepts and blueprints, implement system solutions, and assess success.

• Contribute to the formulation of new strategies and technologies.

• Streamline the HR-IT technical landscape, platforms, and data flows, with an emphasis on strategy, portfolio, architecture, and roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or a related computer science field.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT or related industry.

• In-depth knowledge of HR IT platforms, particularly SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master Data Management, and Architecture Management.

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming for HCM, especially in interface techniques.

• A strong interest in the development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows.

• Project management skills, with at least 5 years of relevant SAP project experience.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a holistic approach to thinking.

• Effective troubleshooting skills.

• High level of customer orientation and interpersonal abilities.

• Cultural sensitivity, with preferable experience in an international team setting.

• Familiarity with HR business processes.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including business trips abroad.
