IT Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a team to support the maintenance of applications and/or infrastructure.

• Analyze data in relation to business requirements.

• Conduct analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and support of IT solutions.

• Provide support for Pathward technologies and suggest enhancements.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather information and data on product performance, quality, and operational support activities.

• Contribute to accurate work estimates and ensure timely delivery.

• Assist other IT departments with various tasks and troubleshooting efforts.

• Evaluate new software and/or infrastructure technologies within the industry.

• Ensure the quality of applications and/or infrastructure through testing and compliance with IT standards and guidelines.

• Develop test data necessary for effective testing.

• Confirm that applications and/or infrastructure comply with IT-defined security standards.

• Identify and communicate technology risks.

• Comprehend data related to supported technologies.

• Help maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.

• Typically requires 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Proven experience in analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and support of IT solutions.

• Capability to support applications and/or infrastructure technologies.

• Proficient in analyzing data against business requirements.

• Ability to adhere to IT standards, guidelines, and security protocols.

• Competence in building test data and executing testing procedures.

• Skill in identifying and reporting technology risks.
