IT Demand Management Specialist – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Gathering information on the status of ongoing projects and attending meetings with the Project Manager.

• Refining status reports in accordance with best practices and company policies.

• Assisting in document management and updating the PPM platform.

• Consolidating reports and preparing presentations on the project portfolio status, including weekly and monthly reporting processes.

• Supporting cost reporting events, including Planning Round, Forecast, and CMIS.

• Utilizing PPM tools, Excel files, and other resources to meet corporate reporting deadlines.

• Assisting in project budget management and budget variances.

• Creating ad hoc reports related to the budget.

• Supporting Project Managers and the Business in managing internal effort and allocating critical resources within the PPM tool.

• Providing PMO support to project managers and stakeholders on project management procedures.

• Preparing and conducting training initiatives.

• Assisting the Strategy Officer in aligning the project portfolio with the corporate strategy.

• Aggregating information for external processes, including KPI dashboards, ICS processes, and LCM processes.

• Monitoring timelines and costs of action plans with suppliers and product teams to reduce application vulnerabilities.

• Designing and implementing new tools, methods, and automations to enhance and streamline resource management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• General knowledge and strong curiosity about Cloud topics and emerging technology trends, focusing on AI, vulnerability management, and agile methodologies.

• High learning speed regarding the business model and available tools (Microsoft Suite).

• Fluent English (C1 level – CEFR, 7+ IELTS or equivalent).

• Autonomy and flexibility in task management.

• Experience through university programs in IT or PMO projects (even if only through academic paths) — optional.

• Certification in project management and LEAN practices — optional.

• Familiarity with PPM tools (Jira and Confluence; Planisware Orchestra or Planta project) — optional.

• Interest in the financial services and automotive sectors — optional.
