This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement long-term delivery strategies for infrastructure across North America.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of strategic infrastructure and security initiatives.
• Ensure that deliverables align with scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.
• Optimize workflows by utilizing operational data and industry best practices.
• Create Jira-based program management frameworks alongside transparent reporting mechanisms.
• Diagnose delivery bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities through root cause analysis.
• Develop innovative solutions and contingency plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Architecture, App Development, Finance, and the ePMO.
• Work closely with Financial Business Partners to manage financial reporting and infrastructure cost oversight.
• Lead and engage in PI planning sessions.
• Guide cross-functional teams through mentorship and direction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients and global stakeholders.
• Oversee meeting schedules to address issues and sustain organizational relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or a comparable area, or equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience is defined as one year of relevant professional experience for each year of college education required.
• A minimum of 4–6 years in a professional capacity as a Delivery Manager or a similar technical leadership position.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering complex infrastructure and security projects from start to finish.
• Documented history of achieving measurable results and driving organizational growth through strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Practical experience with Google Workspace, including Drive and Gmail.
• Proficient in using Jira.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple concurrent demands in high-pressure settings.
• Background in a rapid-iteration or iterative-development environment.
• Thorough understanding of project lifecycles, release management, and ITIL governance frameworks.
• Expertise in interpreting complex data sets for informed decision-making and innovation.
• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, platform enhancements, and cloud hosting environments.
• Capability to manage scope, budget, and resource distribution effectively.
• Skills in developing long-term delivery strategies while anticipating future challenges.
• Ability to spearhead organizational change and promote continuous improvement.
• Competence in empowering others, resolving conflicts, and fostering stakeholder alignment without formal authority.
• Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to cultivate partnerships with Architecture, App Development, and Financial business partners.
• Skill in objectively analyzing issues and formulating informed solutions.
