IT Coordinator – Data & Analytics Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of Data & Analytics solutions utilizing Databricks, SAP, Azure, and Microsoft BI technologies.

• Collaborate with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and BTP on projects involving data migration, rollout, and transformation.

• Take ownership of selected data products from inception to completion: build, enhance, and maintain them over time.

• Drive the intake of business demands and ensure strong alignment and prioritization with business goals.

• Manage resource planning, financial forecasting, and budgeting, with an emphasis on delivery discipline.

• Oversee external partners regarding resources, financials, and execution quality.

• Lead significant initiatives from the discovery phase to go-live.

• Create prototypes and remain engaged with technical tasks as necessary.

• Organize tasks, dependencies, and agile execution across various teams.

• Mentor and develop the local Data & Analytics team, with the potential to assume a leadership role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, or technical functional leadership.

• Strong background in enterprise SAP environments, particularly SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and BTP.

• Practical knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and contemporary cloud data platforms.

• Experience with data migration, integration, and rollout projects.

• Proficient English language skills are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Preferred experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
