IT Business System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intricate business requirements and produce Functional Design Documents (FDDs) as well as Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

• Configure essential Oracle ERP modules and devise tailored technical solutions utilizing Oracle development tools and frameworks.

• Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and automated data pipelines that connect Oracle with external platforms.

• Lead initiatives in business process re-engineering, conduct gap analyses, and configure setups across operational and financial workflows.

• Assist with structuring, governing, validating, and analyzing transactional and master data.

• Collaborate with business leaders, functional workstream heads, and solution architects.

• Spearhead data migration, functional validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system integrations during upgrades and cloud modernization efforts.

• Deliver Tier-3 production support, perform root-cause analysis, and provide sustainable solutions for complex issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle e-business Suite applications and Oracle cloud applications.

• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud Applications / Infrastructure (OCI).

• Comprehensive functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Oracle Financials suites.

• Practical experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports, custom interfaces, workflows, SQL, and PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with API integrations, web services, and data transformation processes.

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or enterprise middleware platforms is preferred.

• Proficient in business process mapping, gap analysis, and AIM/OUM deliverables such as MD050 and MD070.

• Proven ability to lead test cycles, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, and enterprise DevOps release practices.

• Outstanding problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
