IT Business Solutions Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Leads IT teams, offering direction and support to individual contributors and possibly supervisors.

• Manages and implements tactical execution of strategies that align with the IT department's goals.

• Responsible for team performance and outcomes within the department.

• Provides leadership and direction through managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors.

• Holds accountability for the performance and results of a specific function/sub-function, division, or region.

• Implements business plans and aids in the development of business strategies.

• Utilizes extensive industry knowledge and business insight to enhance financial performance.

• Guides the resolution of highly complex or exceptional business challenges through advanced critical thinking.

• Engages in persuasion and negotiation with senior leadership across the organization.

• Leads through subordinate managers, contributes to the long-term functional and operational strategy, and formulates annual business plans.

• Plans, develops, implements, and directs the organization's Information Technology vision and strategy.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Typically requires over 10 years of related work experience.
