IT Applications Professional – EAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions for ONEOK's Enterprise Asset Management platform, Octave Attune EAM.

• Create and update system documentation along with training materials.

• Develop dependable and scalable software solutions based on user requirements.

• Oversee projects and processes throughout the entire system development life cycle.

• Collect and document business requirements.

• Consult with users regarding priorities, complexities, and impacts of requirements.

• Provide time and cost estimates for proposed modifications.

• Coordinate development activities with team members, infrastructure staff, vendors, and management.

• Adhere to change control and compliance procedures, as well as documentation and governance standards.

• Identify opportunities to implement existing solutions in different business areas.

• Consult with and train business users to ensure effective utilization of technology solutions.

• Collaborate with process owners to document application defects, enhancements, and projects.

• Mentor and review the work of junior professionals.

• Resolve challenging and occasionally complex issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience.

• Proficient in multiple development languages and/or platforms.

• Familiarity with software development and programming concepts and techniques.

• Experience with database management systems.

• Knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle methodology and basic project management principles.

• Understanding of basic infrastructure concepts and their relation to development activities.

• Ability to apply mathematical, algebraic, and statistical methods.

• Strong interpersonal skills to advise and communicate effectively.

• Capability to develop information, conduct meetings, and deliver presentations.

• Proficient in reading and writing fluently in English.

• Ability to communicate and exchange information or instructions; conduct oral presentations and/or meetings.

• No licenses or certifications are required.

• An applicable driver's license may be necessary if assigned a company vehicle.
