This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to digital commerce stakeholders, IT product owners, and external partners by collecting business requirements, documenting user stories, and maintaining process flows for Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
• Assist in the administration, monitoring, and support of Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionalities, which include storefront operations, product catalog updates, promotional activities, search capabilities, order-related workflows, and customer experience touchpoints.
• Manage production issues, system defects, and end-user support requests; collaborate with relevant teams and oversee the resolution process.
• Engage in release and User Acceptance Testing activities by preparing test scenarios, executing test scripts, documenting outcomes, and facilitating defect resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, support guides, and knowledge resources.
• Contribute to Agile and Scrum delivery activities by updating work items, preparing meeting notes, tracking action items, and enhancing communication across teams.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to monitor commerce operations, identify recurring issues, and highlight process improvements.
• Implement IT Digital Technology governance, security, change management, and release management practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business, product, technical, and external partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related field; equivalent coursework, internships, or relevant project experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of pertinent experience in business analysis, digital technology, eCommerce, Salesforce, application support, internships, or a related role.
• Interest in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and digital commerce processes, including storefront operations, catalog management, promotions, order handling, customer experience, and site support.
• Capability to learn enterprise applications, document requirements, follow support processes, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Foundational understanding of business analysis concepts, software development lifecycle practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, release processes, and user acceptance testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Salesforce tools, reporting tools, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and thorough follow-through.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business, product, and IT technical teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards learning new systems, tools, and digital commerce processes.
• Salesforce or eCommerce coursework, certifications, Trailhead learning, internship experience, or hands-on project exposure is preferred.
