IT Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, maintain, and provide support for assigned Epic software applications.

• Collaborate with operational teams throughout ProMedica.

• Mentor less experienced IT EMR personnel.

• Plan and execute the implementation and upgrades of clinical systems.

• Ensure thorough testing, quality assurance, and documentation of modifications.

• Provide training to IT staff.

• Advise end-users on the effective operation of their information systems.

• Assist the training team by keeping them updated on new functionalities and system changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience is necessary.

• Must obtain Epic certification in the primary application within 90 days of completing the initial Epic class.

• It is essential to achieve and maintain Epic Certification in the primary application.

• A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in Information Technology is preferred.

• An IT background is preferred.

• 5–7 years of relevant clinical experience is preferred.

• Epic certification is preferred.

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; employment is not available to residents of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, and U.S. territories.
