📋 Description

• Develop and sustain reports, dashboards, and self-service data solutions.

• Effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.

• Implement development best practices in collaboration with senior colleagues.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets and datamarts through validation.

• Analyze datasets to uncover trends and outcomes related to healthcare programs and interventions.

• Convert business requirements into actionable metrics, reports, and visualization tools.

• Follow data stewardship guidelines, regulations, and departmental standards for reporting and managing sensitive information.

• Collaborate with senior developers and data architects to enhance technical competencies.

• Undertake other related responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, finance, business analytics, health informatics, or a related discipline.

• Generally requires 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Epic Cogito Fundamentals accreditation or certification to be achieved within 180 days.

• Epic Caboodle Data Model accreditation or certification to be completed within 180 days.

• Epic Clarity Data Model accreditation or certification to be obtained within 180 days.

• Exhibits intellectual curiosity and applies new programming tools and methodologies.

• Possesses strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• A team player demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.

• Eager to learn about healthcare-related systems and business processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
