IT Administrative Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial components of the Technology project portfolio

• Assist in monitoring budgets, payments, contracts, and financial KPIs

• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Legal, and various stakeholders

• Aid in governance, data analysis, and performance monitoring

• Handle multiple tasks concurrently

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline

• Familiarity with finance, including budgeting, forecasting, RoF, and accounting entries

• Experience in IT governance, payments, and contract management

• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and procurement software

• Background in data analysis and risk management

• Understanding of project management with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is advantageous

• Team-oriented individual with strong collaboration skills

• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive mindset

• Strong sense of urgency and effective prioritization capabilities
