IP Operations Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Maintain IP systems through regular audits, data cleanup, and validation procedures.

• Support daily matter openings and staffing updates as required by practice groups.

• Create and execute recurring as well as ad hoc reports and audits in response to requests made following the processes set by department leadership.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at implementing automation to enhance efficiencies for the IP Operations Team and practice groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in patent or trademark prosecution support services is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS SQL is preferred.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Word.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Proven expertise in IP docketing/management systems.

• Proven expertise in document management systems.
