Investor Relations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming investor inquiries and coordinate prompt responses with various internal teams.

• Facilitate the completion of deliverables for investors.

• Handle recurring investor reporting requests and questionnaires on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Generate investor statements and notifications, posting them to Dynamo’s secure proprietary investor portal.

• Organize and preserve investor-level data for investor relations and fund administration teams.

• Collect and assess investor information from subscription documents and update the investor portal accordingly.

• Ensure accurate investor contact details are maintained in the investor portal.

• Collaborate with investor relations and operations teams to improve communication with current and prospective investors.

• Utilize AI tools to optimize investor deliverables and confirm the accuracy of outputs.

• Recognize opportunities to automate ongoing investor relations tasks while complying with data privacy and responsible AI policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1-3 years of professional experience is necessary.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Attention to detail with a strong dedication to customer service.

• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workloads while upholding high-quality standards.

• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities in a dynamic environment across various teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.

• Previous experience with an investor portal or CRM system, or familiarity with the private equity industry is advantageous.

• Practical experience using generative AI tools in a professional context, or a keen interest in learning.

• Comfortable crafting clear prompts and refining outputs.
