Investor Relations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for a large number of retail investors, addressing account inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a consistently high level of service.

• Build and utilize a solid understanding of Fundrise's products, investment structures, and strategies to support investors with accuracy and confidence.

• Assess current AI tools and responses to pinpoint gaps, enhance the customer experience, and boost team efficiency.

• Collaborate with the Fundrise team to devise systematic approaches for scaling the business and further assisting the expanding investor community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.

• Awareness of how positive, proactive customer service influences brand loyalty and customer retention.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complicated topics.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with a team.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Eagerness to learn about Fundrise products and investment strategies.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous customer service experience in real estate or financial services is preferred.
