This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Onboard influential, powerful, and globally recognized investors.
• Research and identify high-profile global and regionally influential investors.
• Achieve KPIs related to the onboarding of leading investors and the assets they manage.
• Maintain continuous communication with investors, fostering relationships, addressing queries, and meeting both virtually and in person.
• Daily upkeep and updates of the investor database.
• Collaborate with logistical operations to assist Tier 1 investors with travel arrangements, accommodations, and transport.
• Keep confirmed investors informed about event details, including badge collection, app downloads, and venue information.
• Work alongside marketing to publish investor biographies and photographs, and track changes prior to the event.
• Coordinate with conference production on innovative topics for investors and assist with speaker onboarding and transitions.
• Help craft investor forums, talks, panels, and content for the investor program.
• Provide ideas and topics for conferences, features, webinars, and related content.
• Ensure marketing accurately reflects onboarded investors.
• Conduct thorough research across various platforms to maintain up-to-date investor information.
• Ensure that investors receive comprehensive support before and during the event.
• Strong interest in the global investment ecosystem, particularly current developments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, basic AI text/image generation tools, and Excel.
• Commercial awareness.
• Detail-oriented individuals are required for this research-based role.
• Skills in copywriting and marketing.
• Proficiency in the Arabic language.
• Awareness of branding and market trends.
• Exceptional people management skills.
• Innovative approach to identifying cutting-edge investors aligned with the core values of the investor program.
• Excellent interpersonal management abilities.
• No relocation or sponsorship support will be provided.
• Experience in conference production and/or event management is preferred, although intensive training and coaching will be available.
• Willingness to learn and grow in investor-themed topics and research.
• Outstanding copywriting and people management skills.
• Interest in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, with a desire to make a significant impact in this area.
