Investment Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary resource for Financial Professionals, internal collaborators, and asset managers.

• Assist in the administration and expansion of Investment Solutions, which encompass mutual funds, ETFs, unit investment trusts, closed-end funds, 529 plans, and donor advised funds.

• Collaborate with Financial Professionals to deliver education, guidance, and support regarding investment solutions.

• Manage strategic relationships with asset managers, overseeing business development, sponsorship initiatives, educational events, and webinars.

• Function as the subject matter expert on product availability, platform eligibility, mutual fund share class selection, due diligence, and implementation processes.

• Aid in onboarding and transitions for Financial Professionals by analyzing incoming business portfolios, identifying conversion opportunities, and facilitating access to approved solutions.

• Spearhead cross-functional projects from inception to completion by developing plans and timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving outcomes.

• Organize and manage partner events, conferences, and sponsorships, encompassing agendas, budgets, vendors, logistics, speakers, and communication with attendees.

• Maintain an engaging and current Investment Solutions presence on the BisonExchange with timely content and resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related discipline.

• Series 7 and 66 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within six months.

• Experience with investment products, particularly mutual funds and/or ETFs, is advantageous.

• Establish strong relationships with Financial Professionals through proactive, timely service and consistent follow-up.

• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong project management and cross-team collaboration abilities.
