This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute asset and liability rebalancing transactions in accordance with signed client directives.
• Prepare and sustain reporting for assets and liabilities.
• Act as the primary client contact for corporate-owned life insurance and split-dollar life insurance matters.
• Address technical inquiries and fulfill ad hoc client requests.
• Complete daily service obligations and perform client-specific operational tasks.
• Manage Microsoft Excel rebalancing and premium-listing models.
• Utilize Metrix and nonqualified administration systems for client service and financial transaction processing.
• Develop and uphold client procedures and documentation.
• Engage in client team meetings and provide updates regarding assigned tasks.
• Refer requests that fall outside of applicable service agreements to management.
• Conduct quality-control reviews for client projects and service deliverables.
• Keep team members updated about client projects, servicing expectations, and any developments.
• Analyze problems, assess data, establish facts, make decisions within the scope of authority, and escalate matters as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent pertinent experience.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in investment operations, nonqualified plan administration, life insurance, financial services, accounting, or a related field.
• State Life Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, large-data management, workbook maintenance, and financial/rebalancing models.
• Basic financial understanding and mathematical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage deadlines and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to identify problems, gather and analyze data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations.
• FINRA Fingerprinting is required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available, including CPT/OPT.
