This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

• Assist investors in making informed financial choices utilizing the Suno ecosystem solutions.

• Hold daily strategic meetings with qualified prospects.

• Evaluate clients’ financial situations and offer guidance on asset allocation.

• Transform opportunities into active client relationships.

• Build and expand your own client portfolio.

• Guarantee an exceptional initial client experience and onboarding process.

• Maintain close, consultative relationships with clients.

• Document and monitor interactions in the CRM system.

• Engage in intensive training and hands-on coaching with specialists.

• Transition to a fully consultative role as your portfolio grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

• A strong sales profile paired with a solid technical foundation.

• Prior experience working with investor clients or in financial products.

• Demonstrated success in conversion, prospecting, or portfolio development.

• A persuasive and natural communication style.

• Ability to think quickly and engage confidently in strategic discussions.

• A relationship-oriented and results-driven approach.

• A genuine interest in consultative sales and business development.

• CEA or CFP certification is required.

• Experience as an Investment Advisor or Investment Consultant.

• A consistent record of building a client portfolio.

• A strong understanding of capital markets, particularly in equities, real estate investment funds, fixed income, and asset allocation.

• Ability to clearly translate technical concepts into accessible language.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on results.

• A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team's and company's success.
