Investment Banking Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify and secure investors for opportunities available on Pairs.

• Locate investors that align with opportunities based on their stage, sector, check size, and recent activity.

• Validate investor lists prior to initiating outreach.

• Craft personalized outreach messages and effectively convert responses into phone calls.

• Schedule meetings between qualified investors and founders while providing pertinent context.

• Accurately document all conversations, meetings, and outcomes.

• Manage investor interactions and assess which investors are prepared to commit capital.

• Collaborate closely with the two co-founders and the investor team.

• Adhere to the established procedures for screening opportunities and managing relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an analyst in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or capital advisory.

• Experience in compiling investor or buyer lists for ongoing processes.

• Ability to differentiate between a long list and a qualified list, along with a clear explanation of the qualification process.

• Skill in composing concise, targeted messages to busy investors that elicit responses.

• Capability to maintain a rapid pace without sacrificing quality.

• Ability to independently follow established processes.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling investor information; applicants must refrain from including investor names.

• Daily utilization of AI tools with sound judgment regarding their appropriate application.

• Comfort with booking 10 or more investor meetings weekly while adhering to a predetermined process.
