Investment Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the automation of data gathering processes.

• Define dashboard solutions, data sources, collection methods, schema, and visual design by clarifying goals and deadlines.

• Conduct daily consultations on marketing analytics.

• Lead the long-term strategic vision for clients' measurement frameworks, testing agendas, and dashboard solutions.

• Develop automated reports and advanced analytics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present analyses that support client objectives.

• Suggest process enhancements to help achieve client goals.

• Establish measurement frameworks that align with account strategies and include appropriate data sources and KPIs aligned to team objectives.

• Demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Create measurement proposals to assess and refine activities, incorporating test-and-learn initiatives, conversion enhancement studies, and in-depth analysis.

• Comprehend client requirements and convert them into technical specifications and solutions.

• Report directly to the Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience working with various data sources across multiple channels to generate insights.

• Over 3 years of experience in data management, ETL best practices, and SQL.

• Familiarity with Google BigQuery.

• Required proficiency in Tableau.

• Experience with paid media data from social, search, display, and video platforms.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics.

• Proficient in Python for data processing and building machine learning models.

• API experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with Looker and Power BI is desirable.

• Strong understanding of digital activation and the strategies digital marketers can employ to influence marketing outcomes.

• Experience in maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.

• Knowledge of media experiments and lift studies is advantageous.

• Resume must be in English.

• Comfortable working in English on a daily basis.

• Willingness to work evening and night shifts.

• Must have the legal right to work and remain in the country and location where the position is advertised.
