Investigator Site Payments Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee a range of projects and manage the complete payment process for investigator sites.

• Identify aged invoices and financial risks, providing explanations for any delays.

• Carry out data quality control and ensure that payment batches are scheduled in alignment with contracts and budgets.

• Execute project reconciliations.

• Monitor payment-cycle targets and ensure studies achieve their targets at each stage of the payment cycle.

• Deliver customer service to internal project teams and address project-related challenges.

• Track and report key metrics, highlighting nonstandard issues to project teams and management.

• Assist colleagues to ensure collective targets are achieved.

• Verify that the necessary approvals are obtained for setup and payment processes.

• Provide support to teams managing routine tasks.

• Generate standard reports and monitor KPIs for project teams.

• Organize relevant documents and perform additional assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific or business fields.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (advanced proficiency).

• 1–3 years of experience and/or equivalent qualifications in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research.

• Previous experience with systems is a plus; comprehensive training will be offered.

• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven effectiveness.

• Proficient in PC usage (at least MS Office suite).

• Capability to accomplish significant tasks with minimal supervision.
