📋 Description

• Evaluate and scrutinize contracts, agreements, and legal documents associated with clinical trial operations and vendor partnerships.

• Engage in negotiations concerning contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and various stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal company policies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate contract risks and uncover potential improvement opportunities.

• Formulate strategies to address and mitigate possible contract-related challenges.

• Keep precise and current records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables utilizing contract management systems.

• Offer guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance issues, and dispute resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related area, ideally within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sector.

• Profound knowledge of contract law, legal jargon, and regulatory standards relevant to clinical trials and vendor agreements.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing intricate contractual matters and suggesting effective resolutions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage numerous tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Openness to travel as needed (approximately 5%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
