This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee and coordinate all material activities related to construction for network projects.
• Ensure that Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements are meticulously tracked, ordered, and delivered.
• Guarantee the availability of materials to support field construction and meet site readiness milestones.
• Collaborate effectively with construction managers, engineering teams, vendors, warehouses, and construction partners.
• Proactively address material-availability risks to avoid delays in project timelines.
• Utilize Excel and tracking systems for managing logistics data and project reporting.
• Experience in the Telecom or Wireless Industry is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in managing materials within a construction or engineering setting.
• Strong skills in tracking, delivery management, and supply chain coordination.
• Direct experience in interpreting and managing complex Bills of Materials.
• Technical knowledge or background in telecom network deployments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines across various stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel reporting.
• Experience with One Vision or similar data management tools is strongly preferred.
• Preference for candidates in the Pacific Time zone.
• Occasional off-hours support may be necessary.
• Minimal travel is required, typically less than 10%.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
• Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Overtime is not anticipated.
• There are no regular on-call, weekend, or shift differential obligations.
