Inventory and Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct tours of universities, colleges, and hospitals to gather data and identify equipment

• Engage with clients through meetings or phone calls to discuss project scope and findings

• Evaluate data for effective project planning, execution, and closure

• Collaborate with senior team members to address client-specific challenges

• Acquire fundamental knowledge of commercial building construction principles

• Travel to client sites nationwide 50%-70% of the time

• Highly detail-oriented and organized

• Passionate about problem-solving and committed to enhancing internal and external processes

• Capable of effectively communicating with clients and team members

• Comfortable working with and analyzing data

• Open to overnight travel to client locations across the country 50%-70% of the time

• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Access is a plus

• Skilled in MS Word

• Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Bonus: experience with GASB, FASB, and Uniform Guidance compliance
