Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews utilizing Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing essential coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on candidates' performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and approaches to coding challenges.

• Collaborate with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and conducting objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Dependable access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews, especially in data structures and algorithms, is preferred.

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Candidates must be based in Ireland for this position.
