Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing basic coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to technical questions, and coding methodology.

• Work in conjunction with Karat to evaluate interview content, processes, and products.

• Assist in developing inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring indicators, and performing objective evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• High degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Dependable access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Candidates should reside in one of the countries listed on Karat's website.
