Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing essential coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on candidate performance, coding practices, communication abilities, responses to knowledge-based questions, and coding methodologies.

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Reduce bias, enhance hiring indicators, and carry out objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• High degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Must reside in a country recognized on Karat's website.
