This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with a provided call list from Boston Scientific.
• Arrange virtual meetings to engage and connect with physicians.
• Educate physicians while conducting sales discussions that lead to successful business closures.
• Identify essential referral networks.
• Assess how Boston Scientific therapies can enhance comprehensive healthcare solutions.
• Complete all assigned training and maintain foundational knowledge of products and clinical expertise.
• Execute sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment, Advamed, and Integrity Policies.
• Adhere to promotional programs and lunch-and-learn sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide timely updates to the Project Leader regarding business activities, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Keep current and prospective HCP/Clinician profiles up-to-date.
• Classify customer clinical needs, objectives, and limitations concerning patient care.
• Operate using approved tools and resources within a fully virtual environment.
• A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required.
• 1–3 years of experience managing accounts, workflows, or initiatives where success relied on organization, follow-through, and independent decision-making.
• Proven ability to analyze data or trends and convert insights into actionable next steps or recommendations.
• Experience in communicating with various stakeholder types to advance work without face-to-face interaction.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities concurrently while meeting deadlines and ensuring attention to detail.
• Comfort in conducting structured discovery conversations regarding pricing, volume, or process efficiency.
• Willingness and ability to operate with accountability, including responsibility for outcomes linked to forecasts, execution, and customer follow-up.
• Player Coach candidates must possess management experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated or operationally complex environment.
• Preferred: Prior experience with contract reviews, pricing discussions, inventory management, or margin-sensitive decision-making.
• Preferred: Experience supporting or leading capital equipment evaluations, trials, or implementation efforts in a virtual setting.
• Preferred: Proven track record in developing and maintaining business plans tied to measurable outcomes.
• Preferred: Experience working across a diverse product portfolio.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, or performance tracking tools.
• Preferred: History of utilizing feedback and coaching to enhance execution, efficiency, and results.
• Preferred: Experience selling to oncologists.
• Preferred: Background in inside sales.
• Ability to establish and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Capability to adapt swiftly to changes and work effectively on various assignments.
• Disciplined self-starter with the ability to work from home and flexibility for fieldwork as necessary.
• Proficient technical skills with computer technology and devices, including Microsoft Office, CRM, iPad, and applications.
• Virtual Sales Representatives will be based in the US and must operate within the designated territory time zone.
• Strong communication, presentation, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to learn and convey complex technical/medical terminology while maintaining competitive product knowledge.
