
International Sales – Trade Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist Sales Directors with managing distributors and tracking seasonal performance.
• Create and uphold market dashboards, distributor scorecards, sales-out reports, pricing transparency, and weekly commercial summaries.
• Facilitate monthly reforecasting inputs and aid in ensuring S&OP accuracy.
• Transform distributor meetings and market insights into pre-reads, action logs, risk flags, and follow-up trackers.
• Monitor demand signals, stock risk factors, weather conditions, mosquito-pressure indicators, and updates on distributor execution.
• Keep track of changes in regulatory timelines and risks that could impact market entry and the existing portfolio.
• Provide support for distributor conferences and business reviews.
• Analyze trade, shopper behavior, competitor actions, pricing, promotions, assortment, online reviews, in-store activities, and retail trends.
• Assist in planning for white-space market go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, retailer mapping, channel prioritization, category sizing, competitor assessments, and execution sequencing.
• Modify and customize sales presentations, retailer materials, trade marketing resources, FAQs, training materials, and launch toolkits.
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market communication, launch materials, trade resources, and distributor toolkits.
• Provide brand, consumer, portfolio, and retailer training support for onboarding and education of distributors.
• Coordinate the development of new products, range extensions, product updates, project charters, artwork, labeling, localization, displays, and market deployment.
• Oversee season planning, marketing strategies, POS, eCommerce, retailer, sales-force, trade fair, sample, and sales-enablement resources.
• Assist in preparing for the quarterly review cycle and follow up with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with supply chain planning, marketing, finance, logistics, regulatory affairs, sales, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of International Sales & Marketing.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in commercial operations, international sales support, trade marketing, analytics, project coordination, marketing support, or a related area.
• Relevant internship, co-op, or university placement experience may be considered for outstanding early-career candidates.
• Capability to quickly learn new systems, tools, processes, and business concepts.
• Interest in and proficiency with AI-enabled tools and technology.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, reporting tools, dashboards, business metrics, ERP/order management systems, and AI-enabled research or automation tools.
• Ability to convert data into actionable dashboards, insights, and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fully remote setting.
• Proficient in collaborating across cultures, functions, and time zones.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in navigating uncertainty, identifying subsequent steps, and proactively advancing work with minimal oversight.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment; sponsorship is not available.
